What is Secret™ RF?
Secret™ RF is a revolutionary radiofrequency (RF) micro-needling system designed to induce tissue coagulation and hemostasis. How Does Secret™ RF Work?
This unique system uses micro-needles as its delivery method. During a typical session, the Secret™ RF handpiece is applied to the skin and adjusted to address specific concerns. The micro-needles used by this device offer a range of penetration, from 0.5-3.5 mm. This versatility allows your provider to address both surface-level concerns such as fine lines and deeper issues such as cellulite. Secret™ RF also features both non-insulated and semi-insulated needle tips, allowing for greater control when releasing RF energy.

Do Secret™ RF Treatments Hurt?
Most patients describe the treatment as “tolerable.” If you are concerned about pain, we can work with you to maximize your comfort level. A numbing cream will be applied to your treatment area prior to the start of the session to ensure that any pain you may feel is minimized.
Are There Any Side Effects?
After the treatment, you may experience some minor redness, swelling, bruising, and discoloration. These side effects should subside in 12-36 hours. Following your visit, an ointment will be applied to your skin and you will be asked to refrain from wearing makeup for several hours. There is no downtime required after this treatment.
How Many Sessions Will I Need?
The number of sessions you need will depend on your specific needs. In most cases, 3-4 treatments spaced about 4-6 weeks apart are needed to achieve optimal results. Most patients report seeing improvements after the second treatment; however, the best results can be seen three months after the last treatment.
Can Secret™ RF Be Used for Stretch Marks?
Along with cellulite, wrinkles, and discoloration, this treatment can also be used on stretch marks on certain areas of the body. Patients who struggle with cellulite on their thighs and buttocks can benefit from a Secret™ RF body treatment. This system can also be helpful for those who have had a Brazilian butt lift.
